Walking in Crossed Feet –
Crossed feet is the ‘other’ way of walking in tango, and is a very important element of the dance. The signature movement in crossed feet is the back ocho. A lovely movement by itself the back ocho also opens the door to a number of nice turns.
Walking Backwards –
For leaders backward walking presents many interesting situations and chances for turns. For followers it feels quite different to walk forward. We will explore these situations, and learn some very interesting turns along the way in the transitions from backward to forward walking.
